
In a pot heat the milk, honey and shortening until mixture is almost boiling. Set a side and cool to 110F. Add warm water to a bowl. Stir in sugar and sprinkle yeast over and sit for 10 minutes. Add in the cooled milk mixture. Add in 2 cups of the whole wheat flour and beat for 3 minutes. Add in remaining whole wheat, soy flour, wheat germ, sesame seeds, wheat flakes and just enough white flour to make a firm but not too stiff dough. Knead dough for 10 minutes. Place into a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and cover again and allow to rise again for 45 minutes. Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Pour out dough and cut in half. Place into greased loaf pans and allow to rise for 1 hour. Pre heat oven to 375 F. Bake for about 50 minutes.
